This is not timeshare, point systems, or any other conventional scheme. Although these systems are full of value in and of themselves, they can be quite costly. They also bind you to extensive permanent contracts.
We are offering an opportunity for you to pay for your next few holidays in advance. The price is structured to meet any bodies’ pocket. The reason we can offer you this below market price at a above average value is because we sell in bulk and the premium is divided over sixty months, eliminating the burden for big cash out lays. Before we look at the costs, let’s consider all the financial obligations once you purchase your bulk holiday package.
There is a small deposit payable as soon as the contract is legally binding. There are no other fee’s, levies, interest payable, hidden costs or surprises. All you pay is the monthly fee!
All holidays can be resold to family and friends should you not be able to use the holiday or you can give them away as gifts to friends, family or clients (terms and conditions apply)
So how much does it cost. Well, just before we get there, let’s talk about what it is you are purchasing. You are purchasing a bulk package of five weeks holiday at KAMPAGORA. This will be one week a year for five years. Week starting from Friday afternoon check in 15H00 to Friday morning check out 09H00. Additional 5 week blocks can be purchased. The accommodation consists of tented chalets that have four beds and bunk bed for children. Each tent has its own ablutions and fully self-catering. Kids can put up small kiddies tents around the area. There is a games room, water slide, pool and put-put for the kids. Cycling and nature walks to view the game are also permitted
The costs are as follows:
The first package is at our caravan park. For a deposit of R2000 and R250pm for 60 months, you get four weeks a year for five years.
The Second package is for our luxury chalets and falls during school time (out of season) and will cost you R 1000 deposit and R 150 pm for 60 months.
The Third package is also in our luxury chalets but falls with in the school holiday calendar (in season) and will cost you R1000 deposit and R250pm for 60 Months
